The Allergic Dress
Based on a responsive textile printed from thermochromic inks
I designed during my M.A. studies at 'Shenkar'
During my M.A. studies in Shenkar‘ College of Engineering and Design, I participated in a wearable course in the fashion design department. There I created an allergic dress that reacts to penetration to the wearer personal space. The dress changed its' pattern in reaction to the people around it. The dress reaction was generated by the hitting of an underlined cloth. In retrospective, I will be using this method, I invented as a leading principle for future installations.
